- check if there’s something wrong with the character so i can fix it> when approved, please tell me to “dont forget to add texture” (adding texture is apart of my art style, i always forget to add texture and i need your help to remind me of that)> if the commission is okay/approved after, i will proceed to put all commission files in google drive and send it to you> thank you!

when planning on commissioning me, you understand and agree on my terms of serviceimportant notes
• be patient with me, i am still at school, expect slow replies within hours or days
• finished commission/artwork will be put in a google drive with its original resolution from clip studio paint ex
- you will receive:
- Illustration with watermark
- illustration without watermark
- transparent background (character only)
- optional speed paint (i will let know upfront if my laptop can handle to record a speed paint of your commission choice)
• I have the rights to decline any commission for any reasonpayment
• do not send money to my account unless i said so
• payment must be sent through ko-fi (recommended) or PayPal (my PayPal is connected to my Ko-Fi).
• If paying through PayPal, tell me your email that is connected to your PayPal and i will send you my PayPal link for you to send the payment. Please indicate "No Address Needed" before sending the money as it is a digital product
• Payment should be sent within 24 hours after giving notice
• commission will be continued once payment is received by mepersonal informations shared
• if you can see my address during the payment, please let me know and do not share it to anyone so i'll work on hiding it
• i will not start a topic about your paypal name if i recognize that it's your irl/birth name, different from your internet name your

• I will provide a WIPs of 6 stages of the process:
> sketch plan
> refined/cleaned sketch (where you can see what it will come out after this stage)
> colored under refined/cleaned sketch
• Please carefully review the sketch and tell me if there's any adjustments, changes, mistakes, missing on the drawing before I proceed to the next stages. Big changes on artwork after sketch will not be made
• i will proceed to the next stages only when you approve the sketch i sent to you

> putting shadows, lighting and coloring the lineart
• i can only edit the artwork if you spotted something like “you missed the markings of the character! Can you please add them?” (no extra charges since it’s my fault for forgetting something to the artwork)

• You can upload my artwork with or without watermark, i do not mind. If someone asked who is the artist of your commissioned artwork, you have to tell them
• you can use the commissioned artwork for personal use like printing it into a shirt, sticker, cards, personal merch, and displaying the art in real life
• You are not allowed to make profit out of my work without my permission
• if you want to make a profit off my artwork, please give me a valid reason and if ill approve of you making profit or not
• I have the rights to reuse any unused sketch concepts.
• I have the rights to decide to post/not post/remove any commissioned artwork to all my social medias and websites and use it as a commission example or art portfolio
• if you want to keep the commission as private, please tell me so i will not post it anywhereCancellations
• you can only cancel if i havent started your commission (still on the waiting list)

• by commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have the money to pay me

• You will get a notice from me when im about to start on your commission after i finish someone’s commission before you
• By commissioning me, you understand that when you get a notice from me that its your turn to be drawn, you have to wait from 1-2 weeks for the sketching stage to be finished (communications, adjustment, fixes about the commission)
• When rendering/cleaning stage is about to start, you have to wait another 1-4 weeks, in a total of 1 to 1/2 month of waiting for your commission to be finished (sketching stage + rendering stage). This timeframe will depend on the free time im gonna use to do the commission and complexity of the commission
• If you require your commission to be completed by a specific deadline (like birthdays, anniversary, gifts), i recommend to make notice to me at least two weeks in advance so i can be sure to complete by the desired date.
